Datakraft LLC (“ABLYWorks”, “Datakraft LLC”, “we”, “us” and terms of similar meaning) provides this web site and the services and products provided by or through it to you subject to these terms and conditions of use. These terms and conditions of use together with the ABLYWorks Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Terms”) govern your use of this web site and the services provided, including AblyWorks Reach.

ABLYWorks reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these Terms, or any policy or guideline applicable to the Services, at any time. Unless otherwise specified, any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised Terms, and your continued use of the Services after such time will constitute your agreement to be bound by such modified Terms. The Services are for your own use only. You may not resell, lease or provide them in any other way to anyone else, except as expressly permitted through the Application. The Services are not intended to be used by children. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use the Services.

Please refer to the ABLYWorks Privacy Policy for information on how ABLYWorks collects, uses and discloses personally identifiable information from its Users. These Terms incorporate the Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) when the GDPR applies to your use of the ABLYWorks Services to process Customer Data.

If you register for an account you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information, and to keep it updated. You agree to keep your access credentials secure and confidential and to notify ABLYWorks immediately of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for all charges incurred by it.

Subscription fees and any other charges are described on the Site and may change from time to time; if subscription fees change we will give you at least 30 days' notice. All prices are quoted and payable in Indian Rupee or US Dollars and, unless otherwise stated, are quoted before applicable taxes, which will be added on top of the quoted price and itemized separately.

User Content is that User's property. ABLYWorks' only right to that User Content is the limited licenses granted in the full Terms. Other than User Content, the Services, all Content and all software available on or in respect of the Services is the property of ABLYWorks or its licensors.
